Please complete this enrolment form to secure your place in the Australian Style Institute online course and select your preferred payment option.
$797 pay in full
4 x $249.25 monthly payments (totalling $997)
1. I acknowledge that I am enrolling in a 6 week online program with access to course resources for 3 months.
2. I acknowledge that the program I am enrolling in is non-refundable.
3. If you elect to go on a payment plan your first of payment of $249.25 will be deducted immediately, with 3 monthly payments to follow. I acknowledge that all payments are required to be made and funds are to be available on the recurring date.
4. I acknowledge that Australian Style Institute is trading under the name Australian Style Institute Pty Ltd. I will make payments to, and be invoiced by Australian Style Institute.
5. All trainings must be completed within the original membership period, or additional fees apply.
6. Assessments required to achieve competency in the Course will be conducted and any certificate will only be awarded once competency is achieved & upon the completion of all payments.
7. I understand that if I do not to meet or continue course payments for any reason, that all legal and debt recovery fees will be at my expense and that Australian Style Institute has the right to pass these fees onto me to pay.
8. I acknowledge that my personal details and privacy are kept to the highest standard, and they will not be distributed beyond Australian Style Institute without my permission.
9. I acknowledge that as a student of Australian Style Institute I am representing both the Institute and myself and will act in a respectful fashion.
10. I agree that commencing a course with Australian Style Institute prevents me from setting up a business deemed a competitor of Australian Style Institute (style and image training and education) by Australian Style Institute for at least 18 months after the completion of my program.
11. I acknowledge that as a student of Australian Style Institute I am provided with course materials in various forms and I will use all them with respect of copyright laws and with regard to Australian Style Institute’s Intellectual Property. I will obtain permission by Australian Style Institute to reproduce any of its material.
